In alignment with the rapidly growing e-commerce market, we founded our company in March 2018. Since then, we have been developing and planning around 50 new products each year in collaboration with online retailers, growing together as a venture company. From 2018 to the present, we have planned more than 200 products including diet products, enzyme products, coin broth products, health functional foods, meal replacement products, and fermented products. Through our product planning and development—tailored to both new online businesses and emerging commerce markets—we have assisted many partners in achieving growth alongside us. By closely analyzing market trends, conducting in-depth market research, and adding patented and fermented raw materials, we have differentiated our products in the marketplace. Most of our product launches have been successful. We also provide funding and consulting services to startup partners, helping them establish stable business foundations. Collaborating with over 40 food manufacturers nationwide, we secure competitive manufacturing costs and supply high-quality final products. We have built a system capable of planning and supplying products in the most efficient way possible in Korea, ensuring successful product development and sales. Starting in 2022, we began incorporating patented raw materials into our products, and we are committed to developing even more innovative materials and ingredients to support the success of our partners. Prune & Probiotics, Low-Carb High-Fat (LCHF) MCT Coffee, V-Bon Tea, among others. - Signed OEM contracts with manufacturers such as DreamBio Co., Ltd. , HanulBio Co., Ltd. , and jynatural Co., Ltd. .
2020
- Founded the Company-Affiliated Research Institute "Changeui-Rowoom."
- Developed and delivered approximately 35 products, including Redcho, Sikgyeon Bogam, and Pure Enzyme.
2021
- Jointly Established the Joo Yeong-cheol Fermented Immunity Research Institute with Dr. Joo Yeong-cheol.
- Developed and produced raw materials, including FIL Plant-Based Probiotics and MegaPower Complex Enzymes.
- Developed and delivered approximately 39 products, including Innerzyme Formula, Making Broth, and The Richer Broth.
2022
- Registered as a Regular Member of the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology Promotion Association.
- Certified as a Venture Company, Family-Friendly Company, and Performance-Sharing Company.
- Developed and produced patented raw materials (Patent No. 10-2491113) and six additional patents.
- Signed a Room-Temperature Logistics Contract with A-Logis Co., Ltd.
2023
- Entered into a Social Contribution Business Agreement with Giving Plus.
- Developed and produced patented raw materials (Patent No. 10-2565639).
- Received the Excellent Patent Award in South Korea for the second half of 2023 (awarded by hankookilbo).
2024
- Obtained InnoBiz Certification.
- Filed a Patent for Gastric Enzyme (Vegan and Fermented Products).
- Exported Multiple Products such as Redcho and Sikgyeon Bogam to the Vietnamese E-commerce Market.
- Developed and Exported Kimchi Furegake Products to Korean markets in New York and other locations.
- Registered as a Regular Member of the Korea Trade Association.
- Exported Coin Broth Products to the Taiwanese market.
- Acquired a New Factory located in Daeji, spanning 700 pyeong (approximately 2,311 square meters) of built area.
- Utilizing patent-based materials to produce fermented liquid raw materials and fermented grain raw materials.
- Produced puffed rice using both regular rice and powdered rice as raw materials.
- Manufactured freeze-dried enzymes and freeze-dried plant-based probiotics.
- Major Facilities Include: Extraction tanks, fermentation tanks, concentration tanks, UHT sterilizers, two solid-state fermenters, and freeze-dryers.
- Certified as an Industrial Design Specialized Company (Certification No. 187490).
- Signed an MOU with the Project Coordinator for the Marine Deep-Sea Water Project in Goseong, Gangwon-do.
